Entry Level English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)

English and Math for Adults

Our part-time English and Maths courses are designed for adults and will give you skills and qualifications to improve your employment prospects and further study opportunities.

These courses are free to those aged 19+ that have not previously achieved a GCSE grade A*-C / grade 4 or higher.

All learners will complete an initial assessment prior to enrolment to ensure course suitability.

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)

Our course will help you to learn the English language for work, study and everyday life. You will develop skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing.

We offer an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) course for those aged 16-18 years old. Adults can find courses at the nearby EKC Training Thanet Centre.

ESOL Cross-College Cricket Competition

Over 100 students from across East Kent Colleges Group recently came together in Canterbury for the Group’s first cross-college English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) cricket tournament.

The event gave learners the chance to compete against each other in a friendly but energetic tournament.
