EKC Broadstairs College is led by a senior leadership team committed to delivering an inspirational educational experience for all of our students, while developing the economic and social prosperity of the communities we serve.

Our senior leadership team ensure the College is working towards its strategic goals, which are to drive educational change with the communities we serve, provide exceptional learning opportunities and achieve outstanding outcomes for students and employers.

Our leadership team is also tasked with developing the College’s vision to become the destination of learning for East Kent, where ambitions in life and work are achieved through outstanding education and skills.
