About us

For over 70 years, Broadstairs College has offered a wide range of vocational courses to learners in and around the Thanet district. From our roots as a catering college, we have grown to offer a range of vocational pathways in areas vital to the economic growth of our local community. Each year we train over 800 young people, as well as supporting Apprentices, higher education learners and adults.

Our courses

Our courses are designed to help you enter employment or undertake further training to achieve your career goals. As a student, you will receive hands-on learning in your chosen vocational area and have access to industry-standard facilities designed to replicate the workplace. We also have strong partnerships with local employers, and students benefit from regular, high-quality work placements to take their learning outside of the classroom.
