Fees and Meal Provisions

Fees stated are for September 2025 onwards.

Morning Session: 8am-1pm

  • Babies – £41.50 (£7.50 per hour + £4 meals)
  • Toddlers – £37.75 (£6.75 per hour + £4 meals)
  • Pre-School – £36.25 (£6.75 per hour + £4 meals)

 

This session includes Breakfast, a snack and Lunch.

This will appear on your invoice as Breakfast.

Afternoon Session: 1pm-6pm

  • Babies – £40 (£7.50 per hour + £2.50 meals)
  • Toddlers – £36.25 (£6.75 per hour + £2.50 meals)
  • Pre-School – £36.25 (£6.75 per hour + £2.50 meals)

 

This session includes a snack and Tea.

This will appear on your invoice as Supper/Snack.

School Day Session: 9am-3pm

  • Toddlers – £44.50 (£6.75 per hour + 4 meals)
  • Pre-School – £44.50 (£6.75 per hour + £4 meals)

 

 

This session includes two snacks and Lunch.

This will appear on your invoice as Tea.

Full Day Session

  • Babies – £80.50 (£7.50 per hour + £5.50 meals)
  • Toddlers – £73 (£6.75 per hour + £5.50 meals)
  • Pre-School – £73 (£6.75 per hour + £5.50 meals)

 

This session includes Breakfast, two snacks, Lunch and Tea.

This will appear on your invoice as Lunch.

Funding Information:

For children aged nine months to four years.

From September 2025, the 15 hours of childcare for eligible working families will expand to 30 hours, allowing eligible working parents to apply for 30 hours of childcare from the term after their child turns nine months until they reach school age.

If you currently receive 15 hours for working families, reconfirm as usual, and the code will be applied to the 30-hour offer in September (provided you remain eligible). Please ensure you have worked with the nursery to confirm your new attendance pattern for your increased hours.

  • If your child is fully funded, you will only need to pay for the cost of meals during their sessions.
  • If you receive funded hours but choose to add extra hours, you will be charged he hourly rate for the additional time.
  • If you are not receiving any funding, you will be charged the full session price.
