If you’re ready to take your culinary career to the next level, this course
equips you with the advanced, hands-on skills in patisserie.


Use your creative culinary skills in this advanced level course. You will
enhance your knowledge and workplace skills including effective patisserie
designs, time management, and the ability to multi-task.


Learn modern baking skills and decorating techniques from professionals in
our industry-standard preparation kitchens. Students learn how to create and
prepare menus using a range of produce and creative skills.


A Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery or equivalent industry
experience is required in order to apply.

Course information


Build on the skills gained in a Level 3 Professional Cookery course by
developing industry-specific knowledge and advanced patisserie techniques that
will prepare you for a successful future career. Units include:

As you learn in our professional environment, you will take part in many
projects throughout the course. These include masterclasses locally renowned
bakers.
