Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality Services

I have at least four GCSEs at Grade 3 or above, including Maths and English, and I know what I want to be.

Assessments take place by trained assessors throughout the course, with
practical sessions taking place in The Yarrow.

Once you finish your course, you will be qualified to start in an
entry-level position in the hospitality industry. You can also go onto further
study in this area, such as a Level 3 qualification, or an
Apprenticeship.

There are no course fees for this course if you are under 18. You will be
required to purchase a uniform that can be supplemented via a bursary. Please

Most of your work experience is done on-site throughout the course, taking
place in The Yarrow. The Exclusive Butler School also hosts regular ‘Royal’
dinners at The Yarrow which aid your skills.

Additional work experience opportunities will be supported by our Industry
Liaison Officer, who will find placements that are right for you. These will
give you key experiences ready for your future.

We also benefit our community by taking part in social action projects which
help with development and skill progression, as well as making a difference
locally.
