part-time course for those aged 19 and over. It is perfect for those who are new
to cooking, or those who have experience and want to learn new skills.


This 16-week course is delivered in two parts and taught in a fun, relaxed
environment with our professionally-trained chefs and industry-standard
kitchens.

Course information


This course will teach you cooking skills and techniques at a beginner level,
which you will be able to translate well to the home environment or professional
role. Topics include:

  • Food preparation

  • Preparing a variety of meats

  • Pastry skills

  • Baking skills

  • Butchery

  • Menu planning

  • Health and Safety

As you learn in our professional kitchens, you will be supported by
experienced chefs who will help you develop and hone your skills.
