Gillian has been teaching Business at EKC Broadstairs College since December 2020 and is the lead lecturer on the T Level Business and Administration programme.
As a former branch, regional sales and sales and marketing manager she held a key responsibility for the recruitment and selection of staff.
Along with customer service, these areas are of particular interest to her, and her experience is passed down to students on our courses.

Designed for students aged 16–19, a T Level combines 80% classroom-based learning with 20% work placement experience, with an exciting local employer.
By the time you complete a T Level, you will understand business in theory, but also have experienced it first-hand, leaving you well prepared for university, higher-level apprenticeships or skilled employment.
